At Palmer Event Solutions, we help good
people – that’s you – plan great events! When you partner with us, you’ll spend your time focusing on priorities, like donors, sponsorships and marketing to your
guests, while we’re busy executing every task in our four-phase event planning
process. Making your event great begins with
event development, where we identify goals, discuss budgets and past
challenges, explore concepts and define all of the services needed to produce a
successful event. Next, all of the painstaking details of
pre-production get our team’s full attention, from site selection and
logistics, to catering, rentals, decor, script writing, entertainment and even
contingency plans. On the day of the event, you’ll spend
time with your guests, while our team tends to production schedules, oversees
load-in and load-out, conducts inspections, coordinates event flow, ensures
compliance of contracts and runs the show. Executing events with less stress and higher guest satisfaction is our
ultimate goal, but our job doesn’t end when you and your guests go home happy.
Our assignment isn’t complete until we meet for a post-event wrap up to gather
and share feedback that will help you prepare for your next event. Your next
