TAFE offers training to get you there. We offer qualifications in cookery, hospitality, kitchen operations, retail baking and patisserie, events management, guiding, travel and tourism. At North Metropolitan TAFE
skills taught in the classroom are applied in real-life situations, so you’ll graduate with the
advantage of having good communication, negotiation and customer service skills. Open to the public, the Pavilion Restaurant at our Joondalup campus is a fine dining a la carte restaurant operated by our cookery and hospitality students. The Chalk and Cheese Cafe enables students
to prepare freshly brewed coffee and serve delicatessen food
to the people of Northbridge. Events students plan and implement real events for real clients,
so their career has already started. Meanwhile, travel and tourism students are busy managing our tourism desk and others are on work placement in industry. With practical training in a real-life environment, we’ll help you re-imagine your future so
